2010 You were Great.... Heres to 2011!

Great things happened in 2010! And I am truly happy and grateful that I have the friends that I do. Why? Because they got my back even when I say or do stupid shit.

Top dudes of 2010 in no order.
Kurt Hayashi - Dude had my back and always helps me out with my dumb questions that I have. He helped me get the Dew Tour job that was offered to him in the first place. I owe him a ton! And I appreciate all of his help and constructive criticism with my video stuff! YOUR NOT BEING A DICK KURT! hahaha

Mikey Burton - Pretty much always has my back and will give me shit and tell me when im fucking up haha. Dude is awesome!

Chris Ray
- Awesome dude to know! Always is willing to critique my clips I have for him even though hes constantly filming and working for/on the transworld video. Even offers up crazy things and advice! like move to LA and film Girl dudes! I'm so down Chris! just gotta make it there!

Steve Gonzales - If you've never been to Seattle you may have not heard of him but chances are you have anyways. Dude knows everyone you need or want to know and will tell you what the fuck is up! He will also give you the shirt off his back if you need it too, and possibly will be rocking out to Miley Cyrus while doing to that. Steve G is the best!

Steve Klotz - What can I say about Klotz. Its Klotz! Dude is awesome and if he backs you like hes backed me feel greatful! because hes one awesome dude to know!

Tony Croghan
- Met him this summer officially while heading to Seattle for a Manik trip, He offered me to do All city showdown (allcityshowdown.com) with a all portland team as he knew I did it the year before with Mikey. He brought me up and paid my way there which I wasn't expecting at all and gave me a list of spots for my team. (Team Long Hair Dont Care -- http://www.vimeo.com/17834199) It gave my team a fighting chance of actually competing with Josh Anderson's team and Cory Kennedys team. While we didn't place Sebo (walker) got best trick on garfield and favorite line. We unofficially got fourth place. Next Year I plan on doing it and taking it. :D

John Ericson
- What can I say about Jack Hammer? Guy is legit! Took me on my first ever "skate team" trip and paid for it all on him! Without him I wouldn't have gotten to see half the shit i saw this summer. Thanks John!

Chris Ortiz
- Ortiz is well. Ortiz! He took a chance on me for the Dew Tour when he could have easily found someone else in the pro world of filming. While I had Kurt vouching the shit out of me Ortiz still took a risk with me, and then stuck his neck out there for me while getting me on not just the Portland stop of the Dew tour but also the Salt Lake City stop and even the Vegas stop! He even got me extra work while in SLC filming some of the World Industries team and some of the bones team in the way of Anthony Shetler, Andrew Cannon, Adam Dyet and up and comer Tyson Bowerbank. Thank you Ortiz!

Joe Krolick
- While he scared the living shit out of me multiple times rooming with him with his sleep yelling he also helped me with the editing of the pieces for the Dew Tour. Always giving me advice and helping me out with dumb questions I have about FCP just like Kurt! Makes sense that they have been friends forever! haha

Josh Anderson - While he may have quite possibly the healthiest fascination for Mariah Carey -- so far as to say that he wishes he was Nick Cannons face. Hes quite possibly the most awesomest dude i know! And he keeps me on my toes, If something looks like shit hes gonna tell me, he knows what looks good and what doesn't and if it doesn't look good hes gonna say somethin about it and I appreciate that a ton.

Garric Ray
- Not gonna lie I probably wouldn't know half the people or have filmed half the people I have filmed if he hadn't asked me to come along and film. Thanks Garric for letting me tag along!

Lutes and BeeJay - Dudes are down for dudes who are down. Met them when I took a trip to Sacramento, and seriously I felt like I was at home. Never did I feel out of place with them and not only did they offer their house to stay at but whatever we needed while we were there to make us comfortable let that be a couch to sleep on or under a pool table so we dont get stepped on by raging drunk partiers haha. Thanks Lutes and BeeJay anytime you guys want to come up to Portland and you need a spot to stay your more than welcome to stay at my house if you dont mind my parents being there too haha! Sactown trip in the near future for sure.

Sean O'Grady - What can I say about the Tall OG? He helped me get my internship at funnelbox he's helped me get a handful of freelance jobs and just most recently got me a PA job on NBC's Biggest Loser where I play a Pizza Boy haha. Thanks Sean for the heads up!

Kyle Glenn - Kyle is one of the best! Can't wait to work with him again. Super laid back and always gets random photos of me in the most un-opportune times haha.

Kyle Reynolds
- Kyle helped me get in contact with the Redbull guy, which got me a job filming Washington Vs. Oregon competition at Battleground, Always watching out for people regardless! Thanks kyle!

Bird - Bird is awesome! Period. One of the best dudes to know. Thanks for letting me in early all the times I showed up super early before the shop actually opened haha.

John Lukrofka
- Thank you so much for letting me tag along and shadow you during the Lakers game. It was definitely a highlight of 2010, meeting Brandon Roy and him telling me my Cons were sick? yeah Its up there haha. And thank you for trying to swing me a job I appreciate it a ton! Next season for sure.

Shwood/CRJT Dudes
- I quite possibly puked the most I have ever puked without actually being sick with you guys. Thanks for all the awesome memories I appreciate you guys letting me come along the CRJT!! so glad 4Loko's got banned.....

NWI Homies - Always a great time hanging out with you guys. Even though we don't hang out as much as we used to its awesome when we do!

My Family - Theres a ton of you and I know you all have my back no matter what I do, Thank you for dealing with my random random random random questions and helping me out with the mental dilemmas that I always tend to get myself in. I love you all :D

I know there are tons and tons and tons of friends that I am missing but if I were to go through all 483 people I am friends with (according to facebook) I'd be here forever, not to mention this is already going to be a bitch to tag everyone if I can even do that. Thank you for everything you all do for me all the time or even some of the time I am truly grateful!!!!

Now on to 2011 -- My New Years Resolutions go as follows in no order (I don't want to hurt their feelings).

1. Be Healthier. Not only Eating better but drinking more water and far less pop and working out a ton as well. So far I have sucked at this but it's only 2 days into the new year, Plenty of water to drink between now and then.

2. Become better at what I do. Suppose that means filming, and skating which shouldn't be too hard as I film pretty much every day and I certainly can't get worse can I? I do know that I need to Edit more often, which hopefully projects will allow me to do this if not.... make projects for myself!!

3. Edit my damn Reel together. I have tons and tons and tons of shit filmed/edited and no real reel to speak of. It's really unacceptable of me. This needs to happen sooner rather than later. Having about 20 links of videos I've done and thinking that a person whos offering me a job is going to sift through all of that is almost unprofessional. (I'll steal that one from Kurt)

4. Go for what the fuck I want. Anyone who knows me, knows I'm pretty timid and unless something kinda shits in front of me I don't really go for it. I need to go get my own shit and not just stand around waiting for it to come to me, just doesn't work like that.

5. Be more of a skate geek??? Well maybe not a skate geek persay but definitely got to watch more skate videos, New and old. Its kinda sad that I'm a filmer and I haven't seen some of the great videos.... don't ask... don't judge... I just haven't.

6. Don't Blow it.....

So far It's been crazy. And I can't wait to see what's going to happen next regardless of how everything turns out. I'm really excited about 2011. Happy New Year Everyone!!
